SE Iowa | Just my thoughts:
It may make a difference if your main use of the drone is to just buzz over the field and take a look, but how does it change things when making maps?
It may be fun, but the best use for a sentera sensor is mapping. Also, the sentera camera is mounted straight down without a gimbal, so not being able to pan up to see where you are will make it hard to figure out where the drone is in the field.
One more thing to add, make sure to read the release. Here is a quote;
"LiveNDVI™ video is available exclusively with Sentera’s two most advanced drone platforms: the Omni™ quadcopter and Phoenix 2™ fixed-wing UAV"
Once again, it's just my thoughts, and I truly hope that they can change my mind! I still love their sensors, but this new release didn't raise my excitement | |
