NCND | Sorry autotype. March hta. If we roll to May I get a 16 cent or so haircut because that is the spread since we are inverted. Thats what they told me today when I asked about the hta I have with them for March thinking that the elevator is going to move to the May contract if this thing keeps up.
Way I understand it is I am at 628 march hta. Thats what I have locked on futures side. Now if I have to roll to May that turns into 612 because may is -16 or so to March. Thats the haircut. Our basis is currently -75. If we roll to May I think they will move it to -65 so net out if I had to roll then set basis at those numbers my total haircut is 6 cents.
Im use to rolling to picking up the coin not been in one of these situations in a while. | |
