| Several years ago I was listening to T Boone Pickens. He was telling a story about when he was a very young man working for an oil company. He had two young sidekicks that worked with him also. The decision maker for the oil company was trying to decide whether or not to go ahead with the development of an oil field.
They had the information from the test holes etc and it had been determined to the best of the companies ability that it would take $5 barrel oil to break even. The oil company executive asked those 3 guys when they expected oil to hit $5?? T Boone said the three of them all looked at each other and then all said to the executive at the same time they all answered "NEVER". | |
