Actual weekly totals for unknown were as follows. New sales 31.7tmt, Cancelations 53tmt, Destination changes(sales are never shipped to unknown so this is where it is accounted for) 877tmt
Those were not cancellations. What they were was previous sales that were given a final destination. They should just do away with that summary you linked to because it is poorly worded. Decrease in unknown are not necessarily cancellations.
