and potentially create havoc by end of January with reduced ethanol exports in 2017.
How high is the so far missing tariff gonna be slapped on "Made in America" ethanol ? The figure is missing from the import/export tariff changes for 2017, but some estimate 30% (past year was reduced to 5%) so look for exported ethanol figures to rocketshot down.
