| We think corn prices are bad now. Was burning old paperwork yesterday found old grain tickets from about 15 years ago sold a lot the corn crop for 2.60 bushel Canadian. Current price is 4 dollars. First crop of corn I grew 18 years ago sold for 4 dollars. Granted seed was half price then fertilizer was not much different price then verses now. Rents were way less. Makes me shudder 2.60 corn ! Didn't have to worry about paying income tax that year. Hope we don't see those prices again. Here is too better prices in 2017 | |
