The Parrot Sequoia is what I personally consider to be a good consumer product. It has a reflectance sensor as well as a camera unit that take 4 different spectral images as well as a RGB image (so 5 total) every time the camera cycles. Its not cheap at $3500. Mica Sense makes a kit ($149) that will out fit this sensor on a Phantom 3 in place of the stock camera and gimble. I have spoken with MicaSense about this kit and it is in a sort of quasi-beta stage. I spoke with two sales people, both were very friendly, but neither had any significant first hand experience with the set up on a Phantom. The Parrot has been installed on the eBee for some time now. Using the Sequoia would also probably require you to step up the software that you use to stitch your images; something like Pix4D. More capability = more money, once again.

Precision Hawk has the DataMapper has the 'Smarter Farming Package' but I am less familiar with that.

Then there are companies like AgPixel that see the future in crop scouting being with manned aircraft. I have spoken with them several times and they are very professional and have some very convincing arguments that make me consider abandoning this drone concept as a whole.
