Southeast Colorado | Lots of coffee shop conversation around these parts led most folks to putting irrigated corn base into ARC and all other base into PLC. Not really sure why (luck) but at this point it sure seems right. I hate this program. It makes no sense why any of us had to GUESS in the first place! Since you seem knowledgeable on this...........Do we get 85% of our base acres x the shortfall price.........and then lose that 6.8% sequester amount? Not sure what's happened to my memory but I'm thinking this program itself fried lots of my brain power! Thanks again. | |
