South central Minnesota | fortunately they understand the metric system, they can count months on a chart and for some reason they knew what was happening as far as weather and production last year when you couldn't even figure out what crop season it was in SA Marty so I would say Dr. Michael Cordonnier has a far better understanding of what is going on then some idiot in North Dakota.
