Schochoh Ky | Rumblings coming from preliminary meetings are we will revisit the farm bill very early , as many grabbed the low fruit ( arc ) and now they have no safety net ( plc ). Think they consolidate to just plc. Trump realizes who elected him , basicly rural America. You are right , two short years to get something done . Prehaps they cut crop insurance over a ten year period , say 2-3 percent a year.I don't think there is a limit on plc payments now , so maybe they cap them at a 100,000.
