If it's not somewhat psychological, why, in February when it's 45 outside and the sun is shining, everyone is running around in just a flannel shirt. Yet, on the Fourth of July, when I'm headed out the door and it's going to get down to a bone chilling 70 degrees I'm looking for a medium weight jacket?
