Dave,  you might want to try a Google search and look for recipes, if you want to try to make some yourself.

Groff's Meats in Elizabethtown sells scrapple, and I see on their website that they do mail orders.  Maybe you want to call them and see what it would cost to have some shipped to you, if that is what interests you.  We have stopped in there on occasion to buy bologna, but we have never tried their scrapple.... so I don't know what theirs is like.
