I believe they get to pick arbitrator an it costs u $$$ to go to arbitration to I wishing would of went that route a few years back when denied a pp claim that should of been paid but I felt wasn't worth risking my $$$ to arbitrate for a few thousand. Good luck google rma crop insurance lawyers an get some advice. imo
