nw pa | first check the heater hoses. make sure that they are both hot. if one is hot the other cold then coolant isn't circulating. From there you can check if any valves may be closed. if the hoses are hot in and out you have either a plugged heater.(Corn fines are a big problem here.)or the door to let the fan push heat is not working.
Our heater core and the air conditioning core need blown out every once in a while to keep it heating.
Also chevy's are noted to be cold if coolant is low.
