Southeast Colorado | Running a trade deficit is not a good thing........but we've been doing it for years. And while your assumption is correct, at least the goods we are exporting are worth more money. This whole currency valuation is really a strange phenomenon. I'm pretty sure that given the choice of a weak dollar or a strong dollar........a nation is far better off with the latter. Maybe not us farmers in the short term........but would you rather have a weak currency like Venezuela? | |
