| Rented some ground up in N Montana a few years ago up on the Hi Line. Dry land wheat. Paid $15/acre then when prices were still decent. Others were willing to pay up to $20 for some ground up there as I remember.
I got out 2 years ago and learned some valuable lessons;
1. Farming dryland wheat up there is Tough! My hats off to you guys. Nothing like farming in West Ky.
2. 1700 miles is WAY too far between farms
