I smoked 2 pheasants on Tuesday, We had wild rice Chanterelle mushroom pilaf, whole cranberry sauce, dinner rolls and relish tray. Pie crust baked with cinnamon, butter, brown sugar, spoonful of strawberry freezer jam with whip cream for dessert. Easy and simple. Same thing today but had apple pie and vanilla bean ice cream....James
