That said, I remember selling an MF combine privately years ago.
At the time I was selling it there was nothing wrong with it that I knew of.....it was ready to go to the field.
From previous experience, I was pretty sure that it wouldn't run one day without a breakdown, but I never said a thing to the buyer
I priced it cheap (they weren't bringing much anyway).
In my mind, it wasn't any different than when MF sold it to me. |
