we have a Bushhog heavy offset. You need way more HP and traction to do any tillage at all, how big of a tractor would you need to pull a 11' wide moldboard going 5.5" deep? You should be able to swing the tongue to where the draft is pretty straight ahead and not pulling the tractor sideways. We can go 5-6" deep on first pass with 12' and 175 hp two wheel with duals, second pass you can run in to the hubs (26" blades). Here you do not want to till wet soil even in the fall. Try it with a bigger tractor.
