200 from Worthington with a year warranty. Check it to see if you have ground coming out of the Havc controller. Since that is how the fan speed is controlled. You can always hot wire it to get air movement. Just fixed our 2188 today.
This would be your best short term suggestion. as he said, fan speed is controlled on the ground side.
