Update!!
The rotary screen was almost completely plugged with crap, had to use the hot water on the pressure washer as cold water wouldn't phase the grimmy crap stuck in the screen.
Another big thanks to Duane for the tip on what to check as I never even thought of the rotary screen was up there to blowout the radiator and never even thought of checking that.
