You are perhaps forgetting that while your tractor or harvester is steering itself along the field, you are then able to concentrate on actually operating them machine rather than steering it. Our sprayer has GPS boom section control so there is virtually zero over lap. It also has the ability to have the recommendation emailed to the farm office from the agronomist, loaded on to the GPS controller in the tractor, then when the job is done loaded back onto the farm computer.
