A 530 with lead shanks will pull pretty hard here if you run it fairly deep 11"+. They do a good job ripping things up but don't level all that well, it helps if you add a harrow or basket behind the closing disks. Hp wise I'd want 300+ here in heavy soils to get enough speed to turn things over well. For the price it's not a bad way to go, but check it over well it's getting some age on it. Not really a fan of the individual disk blade setup on those as if you start having bearing issues the $ starts to add up fast but it's worth looking at.
