If I was needing to get back to the field, I would put them back in and go. Worry about them this winter. When I rebuilt my 8.3 cummins, my nozzles also tested 2800 to 2900 psi. So I put in rebuilt ones and 3 of those went bad within 10 hours. (Broke springs in them) Made me wish I left the old ones in.
