Subject: Dryer condensation in auger tube

SW Ont
I have a permanent 8 in auger that feeds top dry from wet tank. I get a lot of moisture down the auger. Was thinking of some kind of flapper w a counter weight to close it off when done filling. Has anybody done something like this? Must be a way to keep steam and condensation from going down auger tube?
