Have a JD 612C cornhead without chopping option. Just has knive rolls. When its damp in the mornings the slip clutches go off at random? Dealer says there is no adjusting to them? What can I do? He acts like I'm the only one who has this problem? Head is only 3 years old with 2400 acres? I'm running deck plates at 4 and shaft speed at 600rpm. They have no ideas? Corn is 15 % moisture. Time to pick it!!!!
