The manufacturers should make two lines of pickups, one for looks and one for using. It's getting ridiculous. They can make a low 4wd pickup if they want to. I was browsing through some old farm magazines and came across an ad for the new International pickups for '64. The big news was they were 4" lower than the previous model. If the truck has more clearance great it should go through more snow if it only sits higher that's still fine you can see better in traffic. My '15 came with 18 inch tires not sure I was nuts about it seems fine. If you want something closer to the ground restore an El Camino.


I agree, a 4x4 should have lots of ground clearence. Better visibility is better too.
