West central IL | Is it possible your buyers up there are just hosing you? At my location you can get 10.12 delivered, two cents over the board. I know basis is always worse up there but that seems particularly harsh.
Edit: where is the national basis posted? Maybe our basis is much better because exports are doing so well and our beans can go onto a barge and down the river fairly easily.
