Did you guys catch one poster's message a couple weeks ago about "lampe berger" oil lamps? He said auto dealerships use them to remove odors in cars. 30 to 60 bucks might get you something that helps. Your area might be easier to kill the smell if it hasn't permeated much else.

my neighbor got a dead mouse in her suv and it took some doing to get rid of that dead smell. I'm gonna look this winter for one locally, as I don't have prime shipping.
