Subject: Save to Say

Buxton ND
In just alittle over 4 years corns went from $8.50 to 3.00
We've seen wild basis swings from way plus to way negative
Then Hankenson ND E plant in 6-7 weeks, the haul me your corn NOW bid went from -.15 to -.70
Don't you think its save to say the sky has already fallen ?

Waiting for sub $3 corn ? Its already traded 3.01 whether its 2.90 or 2.80 with the basis level,,, does it really make any difference ?

We've have went from the "experts" using $6.00 CASH corn in projections of why you just gotta buy that 12k-15k dirt, Or don't worry about it, its gonna be 20-25k dirt in a few years JUST BUY IT "There not making anymore you know" to,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, "well this is the price, take it or leave it" This is a picture prefect carbon copy of what the "experts" said in the 1970's. Up here a widely used term back then was "We're gonna have $6.00 wheat forever" Whether now or then, I think some of these experts are just way to over educated to see the REAL WORLD of farming WORLD WIDE. Does this make any difference now ? NOPE, you can teach your kids not to buy this BS the next go around and they will be prepared for the "Sky is Falling"
