North Central Texas
If it's ag you have protection. The rv not so much but if it is behind the house, it's legal. 2 years of ag equals ag. Any property ag exempt on the tax rolls is ag any ways. We decided we would give the city 3 stikes. They used up their second the last few weeks. We will wait for strike 3 next year. I have fought them enough and gave them another chance this year. They came back this month and demanded or fines would be sent. Strike 3 results in a six figure lawsuit for many things including stupidity. I'm not proud of that but I told them that of they were not going to follow state law, we would explain to them in court why they should.

There is precedence concerning these matters in the state even through the southeast district court of appeals. The precedence is old and most towns or cities if faced with a lawsuit settle quickly. I'm ready to make a new precedent.
