I like a long narrow (10'-12') ally for sorting. have your smaller pens on one side and a bigger holding pen on the other. Fill the ally - sort - repeat until your done.
I have something real similar, works real good.
After we built it I got to looking ad bud boxes on YouTube. It's real close to one of them.
