| You should be able to go to FIQ, Calibrate. Then you should be able to do a calibration on the valve itself. Then you should be able to do a flow calibration also.
Have you tried for 360 as a encoder constant? Or is the encoder constant set at 360? I believe it usually expects a Dickey John encoder and default is 360. Sounds like it is out of range.
When FIQ can't control a valve to what the encoder is telling it, it will give that error.
It probably can't run the meter as slowly as it wants to to get the rate you want.
It just means it isn't controlling the valve to get the desired rate it wants.
