Missouri | Here is my 2 cents. The USDA has reported that 2016 beef production is now forecast at 25.031 billion lbs. 1.271 billion more pounds than last year. By next year beef production is expected to be up another 913 million lbs. That is 2.2 billion more pounds that 2015! Pork production is up almost 2 billion pounds from 2011-2014. That is 8.3%!!! I hope I am wrong but I say we are heading lower. | |
