The fallacy in that is you are talking about a super natural being that is supposed to be all powerful and knows everything and you claim it can not make itself known unless I allow it.
That leaves 2 possibilities
1) I am more powerful than this god
2) the god is not as powerful as you believe
Until it shows itself I have no reason to just believe in your god or any of the others as I may choose the wrong one.
or there's a 3rd possibility;
3) you're a pompous, self centered , all important JERK that gets his jollies from ridiculing people of faith, and expects GOD to prove himself to YOU. somehow you get satisfaction out of this childish behavior.
I don't think any God is obligated to prove himself/herself to you. I think it's the other way around, but a self centered guy like you won't be able to fathom that concept.
