nc ks | The way I understand it in general is if you want to dry, run low humidity cooler than the grain air through it. If you want to hydrate run high humidity warmer than the grain air through. I don't have as much of a handle on the hydrating part, but on the drying, even if it is raining out and the air temp is lower than the grain by a ways, you will get good drying because the air going through has more moisture holding capacity as it heats up. | |
