What speed does it run locked? Our 9670 has been worked on every year on JD inspection, but has never left us in the field broke down. Run a 608 non chopper at 600 RPM and a 635FD as slow as it goes. Checked the oil yesterday after a half day of running and it was so hot I couldn't hold on to it. Asked a salesman about locking mine and he said oh you don't want to do that!!
