The last date to get a loan on 2015 wheat was March 31, 2016. If the wheat was under loan today, it would be eligible to be bought back at today's posted co price (an indirect ldp ). If not under loan, not eligible.
If trying to mislabel last year's crop as 2016's, not morally right. (I am not inferring that to be your intention)
