East Central South Dakota | I am having a small family weekend hunt with a shaker and mover from Poet. With the price of corn his ass is walking every field and I will block. He is my brother so thinking maybe I can pull it off. I don't have the pheasants I used to have when I commercial hunted. Crp and habitat all went to corn and beans. Still have a little bit of habitat, but to have big numbers of birds you need townships of habitat-----can't be an island with habitat and accomplish much. Used to be 4-5 lodges in township, down to one that mainly releases birds. Sent you an email. |
