Water gives me heart burn :-), I want something to clean my my mouth and water alone doesn't cut it.  When I was working this summer I'd lose as much as 5 pounds in the morning, I need some sugar to keep going, Before you tell me it's making me fat, know I've lost about 35 pounds since spring.

I cut out ice cream and a lot of bread.
