63 acre alfalfa field (2 cuts). 43 acre cropland pasture. 6 months feeding hay and 6 on pasture (depending on year). Also bale about 25 rolls of straw. This supports 25 mommas here. At auction maybe $2000 an acre to buy it. $8480 per pair in land cost. Land could be had for as low as $1200 or as high as $2350 (based on sales last 3 years).

Edit to add property tax about $10 per acre.
