I'd almost look at it from the standpoint of that's the primary feed and the fescue is just to eat on as extra. Kinda depends on what you mean by fescue pasture. Is it regrowth that is fairly nice, or is it a pasture that has been grazed hard and not much out there. A lot of people interrupt the amount of grass they have differently. I'd think 8lbs of that mix as a start, and work up some from there, maybe Biz will come along with an idea.

It's good regrowth after we cut it for hay. Lots of heavy fescue and the lespedeza (sp?) is thick. They could make it to January on it, but I just want to keep them well fed.
