Subject: RE:The economics of grazing wheat out?

Rome, KS
I'm not sure where the line would be(depends upon the year and the operator). But once you get west of that line, the next crop planted will be wheat next fall. In my part of the world, graze out wheat rarely competes with taking it to harvest unless you have a severe cheat or rye problem or you get hailed out. In a down trending cattle market, it makes it even more difficult.
