New Lexington, Ohio | Thanks for all the replies. I just heard the fed decided against raising interest rates right now. I'll certainly look into some of these options.
The farm has an old house and new garage on the property, but I think I would like to lot that half acre off and sell. The house needs a ton of work to be livable and we're not really wanting to live in that house for several reasons. Seller doesn't want to split it off though. | |
