Breckenridge, MI		Maybe use crop insurance appraised yield times your local cash price less harvest, transport and drying costs.

$3 corn * 200bu/ac =$600 less $35 an acre in harvest and transport and maybe another $25 an acre in drying it's worth about $540 an acre
