Interesting. This whole scenario is like deja vu all over again. High rent, ridiculous land prices, $300,000 combines. If we aren't in what I remember of the 80's, we're close. I guess we still have low interest, but that can change in a hurry. I don't think either presidential candidate is going to be much help.
