NCIA
Ours has less hrs than yours and we have replaced the pulley probably at like 1000hrs. I put new bearings in this yr 2000hrs. I take it apart and grease it twice a yr now. I've gotten that message when going wide open down the road-understandably cause that's when the most pull. Usually a new belt takes care of it. I have had it happen on start up probably from moisture causing a little slip but goes away after a minute or two.
