Well the diet has been hard to keep due to workload but I've been staying steady on my weight. I'm sitting at 216.6 as of last night. Cotton season is upon us so that means I'm working long hours to get my farmers cotton ginned. I've started drinking Coke Zero for my caffeine fix but not too many. Hope everyone else is doing well on their personal goals.
