Troy, Missouri | I would think it would work with the OT2 but I can't say for sure. I do know however that the InCommand monitors will not work with the OT2 and OT2+. Maybe they thought since the newer monitor wouldn't work with the older OnTrac's, that neither would the 6000 and 6500 antennas. Dunno.
I do know that you can use a GPS 6000 and 6500 with an Insight monitor as well, but first you have to reconfigure it, either through a computer, or with an InCommand monitor using a Dual-Port GPS cable. I was told that cable will allow you to connect to the 6000/6500 and adjust the baud and hz rates on the antenna and that they will stay adjusted when you connect the antenna to an Insight (because the Insight cannot run on the higher hz and baud rates that the InCommands and Integra/ Versa can. | |
