I would address the drainage issues i.e. tile, and just let a sump pump work slowly at it, any damage is always done
I cussed and cussed when we were putting a new foundation under our house, what a PITA, then was happy and comfortable when we got hit by a tornado, I will NEVER own a home without an easily accessible basement for that reason alone.
